This Privacy Policy explains what information the Cryptara Conquest mobile app and related services (the "Service"), operated by IntoTheVerse Inc ("IntoTheVerse", "we", "us", or "our"), collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Wallet and blockchain information. When you connect a wallet, we process your public wallet address and the on-chain activity associated with playing the Game (e.g., minting, reincarnating / reforging items, in-game purchases, scores, and progress). This data is recorded on the public Solana blockchain.

Optional account information. If you choose social login (Google via Web3Auth, where available), we receive basic profile information from that provider, such as your email address, as needed to create or restore a wallet. Wallet-adapter login does not require this.

Gameplay and technical data. We may process gameplay state, in-game preferences (e.g., selected payment token), and basic technical/device and log information (such as app version, device model, and error logs) to operate and improve the Service.

What we do NOT collect. We do not collect or store your private keys, seed phrase, or wallet passwords. We never have access to them.

2. How we use information

• Operate the Game and process your on-chain actions and purchases.
• Maintain progress, scores, leaderboards, and ownership of in-game assets.
• Provide session-key functionality for smoother gameplay.
• Diagnose problems, prevent abuse and cheating, and improve the Service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Blockchain data is public and permanent

Transactions and asset ownership on Solana are public, permanent, and outside our control. Anyone can view on-chain data associated with your public wallet address. We cannot delete or modify information stored on the blockchain.

4. Service providers and third parties

We rely on third-party infrastructure to run the Service, which may process the information above:

• Solana RPC / network providers — to read and submit transactions.
• MagicBlock — ephemeral rollups used for fast gameplay transactions.
• Decentralized storage (e.g., IPFS / Lighthouse) — for NFT metadata and assets.
• Leaderboard infrastructure — for on-chain scores.
• Web3Auth — for optional social login and wallet creation.
• Our backend at cryptara.world and its subdomains — for game logic, asset indexing, and minting callbacks.

These parties have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with the service providers above, as required by law or valid legal process, to protect our rights and users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. Public on-chain data is inherently visible to everyone.

6. Data retention

We retain off-chain data (such as logs and backend records) for as long as needed to operate the Service and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it. On-chain data persists permanently on the blockchain and cannot be deleted by us.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect off-chain information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and you are responsible for securing your own wallet and device.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information we hold off-chain, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at lopeselio@intotheverse.xyz. Note we cannot alter or remove data stored on the public blockchain. You can stop most data processing by disconnecting your wallet and ceasing use of the Service.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes take effect when we post the updated Policy with a new "Last updated" date.
